Norris Survives Zandvoort Chaos to Claim Dutch Grand Prix Victory

Lando Norris of McLaren secured the victory at the Dutch Grand Prix. Andrea Kimi Antonelli, driving for Mercedes, finished second at Zandvoort, completing the podium alongside George Russell (also Mercedes).

The race started dramatically, with Max Verstappen suffering an incident in the final sector of the damp track due to a driving error. This caused the race to be red-flagged and suspended. After the race resumed, Lando Norris managed to hold on to his pole position, while Kimi Antonelli quickly moved into second place. George Russell, having started third, was forced to fend off challenges from Oscar Piastri and Charles Leclerc.

In the points standings outside of the podium, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc (both driving for Ferrari) were followed by Oscar Piastri (McLaren) and Liam Lawson (Red Bull). Only the German driver, Nico Hülkenberg (Audi), scored points, placing eighth. Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) earned two World Championship points from ninth place, while Pierre Gasly (Alpine) managed one point in tenth position.

The next race is scheduled to take place in Monza in two weeks.
