According to the 6 PM projections from ARD and ZDF regarding the Berlin House of Representatives election, The Left party has emerged as the strongest political force. The party, led by top candidate Elif Eralp, is currently polling at an average of 25.3 percent, placing ahead of the ruling Christian Democratic Union (CDU), which holds 20.0 percent.
The third position goes to the Greens with 15.3 percent, closely followed by the Alternative for Germany (AfD) at 14.8 percent. The Social Democratic Party (SPD) registers 12.0 percent, while the BSW stands at 5.0 percent. All other parties, including the Free Democratic Party (FDP), collectively account for an average of 7.8 percent.
These figures are based on post-election surveys conducted on Sunday within the polling stations by Infratest (for ARD) and Forschungsgruppe Wahlen (for ZDF).
