The AfD has gained one percentage point in the polling carried out by the Insa Institute and is now tied with the Union. In the weekly Sunday trend that the polling firm publishes for “Bild am Sonntag”, both the AfD and the CDU/CSU record 26 % each. The SPD has slipped one point from the previous week and sits at 14 %, the lowest level in the Sunday trend since mid‑January 2026. The Greens are steady at 12 %, the Left at 11 %. The Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) and the FDP each hold 3 %, a result that would see them miss entry into parliament. Other parties together reach 5 %.
Insa surveyed 1,205 respondents from 23 to 27 March 2026 (TOM). The question asked was: “If the upcoming Sunday were a Bundestag election, how would you vote?”
