” Executives of the railway should receive no bonuses if ambitious punctuality goals are not met.
” If service quality on long‑distance routes suffers significantly-such as unusable toilets, a broken air‑conditioning system, or the removal of the dining service-families should receive a proportionate reimbursement of the fare.
