The German band “Electric Callboy,” specializing in metalcore and trancecore, has once again topped the German album charts with their new album, “Tanzneid.” GfK reported on Friday that this marks the group’s second number one position, following their release “Tekkno” in 2022.
Stray Kids secured the second spot with “This & That,” continuing a streak that has seen the South Korean boy group enter the German Top 3 with every release since 2023. Rapper Juju, with “44 ME,” and Aschkobar & Asche, with “Feind von Jedem LP,” occupy the third and fourth positions, respectively.
In the single charts, Shakira and Burna Boy maintain their leading position with “Dai Dai.” Following them are “Movin’ To The Sun” by Hugel, Imael Angel & Ultra Naté, and “Killy Manjaro” by Summer Cem & Billa Joe. Notable newcomers include Tame Impala with “Loser,” debuting at number 40, and Stray Kids with “This & That” at number 48.
These official German charts are compiled by GfK Entertainment on behalf of the German Music Industry Association and cover ninety percent of all music sales.
