Max Verstappen secured pole position for the Italian Grand Prix, setting the fastest time during Saturday’s qualifying session at Monza. The Red Bull driver outperformed both McLaren racers, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, to claim the top spot on the grid.
Following Verstappen were Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, both representing Ferrari. The order continued with George Russell and Kimi Antonelli from Mercedes, followed by Gabriel Bortoleto (Alfa Romeo), Fernando Alonso (Aston Martin) and Yuki Tsunoda (Red Bull).
German driver Nico Hülkenberg, piloting for Alfa Romeo, qualified in 12th place. The race is scheduled for Sunday at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
