Bundesliga during the DFL General Assembly held on Wednesday
Oliver Leki (SC Freiburg) was elected as the first deputy spokesperson of the Presidential Committee and thus also deputy Chairman of the DFL Supervisory Board, while Oke Göttlich (FC St Pauli) was chosen as the second deputy spokesperson The nine-member DFL Presidential Committee is further comprised of Jan-Christian Dreesen (FC Bayern Munich) and Axel Hellmann (Eintracht Frankfurt), both elected by the Bundesliga assembly, as well as Steffen Schneekloth (Holstein Kiel) and Holger Schwiewagner (SpVgg Greuther Fürth), elected by the 2 Bundesliga assembly, alongside DFL Managing Directors Marc Lenz and Steffen Merkel
Also appointed for a term of four years during the regular General Assembly were the remaining members of the DFL Supervisory Board, in addition to Watzke and Leki Ralf Huschen (Hertha BSC) and Eric Huwer (Hamburger SV) were nominated by the General Assembly, while Fernando Carro de Prada (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) was appointed by the Bundesliga assembly and Anne Baumann (SV Darmstadt 98) by the 2 Bundesliga assembly, completing the six-member board
