The city and municipal association feels the proposals do not go far enough; the administrations would need to be relieved more overall. “The federal government and the states can make a decisive contribution, which we also clearly expect. There must in the future be an absolute avoidance of the so‑called ‘Goldplating'” Berghegger said in the NOZ. “Guidelines, ordinances and laws should be implemented by the federal government and the states without adding their own supplements or requirements.
