The Christian Union has seen a slight decline, losing one percentage point to reach 24 percent. The Social Democrats also experienced a one-point decrease, now standing at 14 percent. The Alternative for Germany (AfD) has maintained its strength, remaining stable at 26 percent and currently holding the position of the leading party.
The Left party has gained ground, surpassing the Green party with 12 percent to 11 percent respectively. The Basic Social Democratic Values (BSW) and the Free Democratic Party (FDP) would currently fail to enter the Bundestag, polling at 4 percent and 4 percent respectively, with the FDP registering a one-point increase from the previous week.
The survey, conducted between September 29th and October 2nd, 2025, polled a total of 1,186 individuals. Respondents were asked: “If a federal election were held next Sunday, which party would you vote for?”
