Founders have repeatedly called for a single, government‑run point of contact, and the ministry’s spokesperson confirmed that the new one‑stop‑shop will be available by the end of 2024. The platform is designed to consolidate the entire creation process, and work is underway on a combined application that merges business registration with tax registration into a single procedure. In the federal modernisation agenda, the federal government and the states agreed to enable companies to be fully established within 24 hours by the end of 2025.
