The head of the Intelligence Service of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Majid Khademi, was killed in an air strike, according to a statement released by the IRGC on Monday via the Tasnim news agency. The statement claimed that he died during a U.S.-Israeli attack at “daybreak”. Initially, neither Israel nor the United States provided immediate confirmation of the report, although Israeli forces had previously reported a new wave of attacks on Tehran. Since the start of the Iran War at the end of February, numerous high-ranking representatives of the Mullah regime have been killed, including the Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei.
