Three Dead in German Home-Police Probe Possible Murder in Pommelsbrunn.

In a single‑family house in Pommelsbrunn, a town in the middle Franconian district of Nürnberger Land, three people were found dead on Sunday, police in Mittelfranken announced. A witness had reported suspicions of a homicide that morning. Police patrols from Hersbruck, Lauf an der Pegnitz and Altdorf bei Nürnberg converged on the scene around 11:20 a.m., where they discovered the three bodies. The fire department promptly cordoned off the area on a large scale. In addition to the ambulance crew and the on‑scene doctor, emergency psychosocial support teams (PSNV) were also dispatched.

According to police, the victims are a 51‑year‑old German man, a 51‑year‑old German‑Greek woman, and their 10‑year‑old German daughter. The criminal investigation has been taken over by the Schwabach Criminal Police Department. Initial findings suggest no evidence of a second perpetrator. The murder investigation team is working closely with the district attorney’s office in Nürnberg‑Fürth.
