US President Donald Trump announced a new campaign of attacks against Iran. He claimed that Iran has finally apologized to its Middle‑Eastern neighbors and has promised not to shoot at them, stating that this change only came after “the relentless attacks of the United States and Israel”.
Trump posted on his own platform, Truth Social, that for the first time in millennia Iran has been beaten by the surrounding countries of the Middle East. He added that “today Iran will be struck very hard” and that, because of Iran’s “bad behaviour” the complete destruction and the safe death of areas and groups that had not previously been targeted are being seriously considered.
