Dennis Radtke, the national chairman of the CDU’s employee wing, dismissed the criticism from the AfD regarding an information brochure published by the Christian Democrats that focuses on the right-wing party. Radtke told the Handelsblatt that the intensity of the AfD’s reaction suggests ‘it is painful for them to be publicly confronted with the whole truth.’ He noted that the brochure draws upon original quotes from the AfD. Looking ahead, Radtke mentioned that he is calmly anticipating a potential lawsuit, stating, “As long as the AfD has nothing to say, we are living in a state governed by law. Of course, the path is open for them to file a complaint”.
