Monaco Attack Suspect Traces Trail Through Germany Before Disappearance in Ukraine

Investigations by German and international security agencies have revealed that the main suspect in the Monaco explosive attack was apparently present in the Federal Republic of Germany for a period of time following the incident. According to reports from Spiegel, Hessian police located a rental car in early July, which the alleged bomber is believed to have used for her escape. This empty vehicle was found parked at Frankfurt Main Station. The car was reportedly rented through an agency in Hesse. Investigators indicate that the identification documents provided when the car was rented match the images captured on surveillance cameras, which are believed to show the suspected attacker near the crime scene. Police theorize that the woman might have initially driven from the attack site, traveling through France and Italy, before continuing her flight from Frankfurt using alternative means of transport. Separately, Ukrainian authorities reported that she arrived in Ukraine on July 1st. Shortly thereafter, her body was discovered. In connection with this finding, two men were arrested, suspected of killing the alleged attacker from Monaco. The full circumstances of the case remain undetermined.
