Regina Ziegler, a renowned German film producer, has passed away at the age of 82. According to reportage by the newspaper “Bild”, citing Ziegler’s daughter, she died in a Berlin hospital during the night on Sunday, surrounded by her family.
Ziegler began gaining experience in film production in the early 1970s. She established her own film production company, Ziegler Film, in 1973. Throughout her career, Ziegler managed approximately 500 film projects. She remained actively involved in the film industry as a producer right up until her death.
