Bill Kaulitz battles severe nightmares and shares his private struggle with sleep terrors

Bill Kaulitz has disclosed that he is suffering from severe sleep disturbances. Speaking to the “Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung” (NOZ), the musician shared that he is plagued by terrible nightmares and sleeps very poorly, noting that the dreams are so intense he cannot properly describe them.

While he generally does not have recurring dreams, there is one exception: an old nightmare involving a witch who resided behind a toy basket. What makes this frightening memory particularly notable is that his twin brother, Tom, shares the recollection. Tom Kaulitz confirmed to the NOZ that he still remembers the dream and that they both experienced it. When asked about the best remedy for such nocturnal anxieties, Tom Kaulitz quipped that it is “only the twin brother,” though he added that not everyone has that kind of support.

Despite the Kaulitz brothers offering deep insights into their lives through a podcast and a Netflix series, they remain highly protective of their privacy. When asked about maintaining this boundary, Bill Kaulitz offered a cryptic response: “You can’t imagine what else I do after the Minions premiere in Munich. Otherwise, you would know what is truly private. But truly private.”
