Fuel prices in Germany saw a significant decrease last week. According to a recent evaluation by the ADAC, the price of diesel fell by 9.1 cents to €1.797 per liter, while the price for Super E10 dropped by 5.2 cents to €1.854. With these changes, prices reached their lowest level since the beginning of March. This trend was influenced by a decline in crude oil prices. The price of one barrel of North Sea Brent crude dropped by more than twelve US dollars to approximately $79. However, the ADAC criticized the situation, arguing that, given the noticeable drop in oil prices, fuel costs should have fallen even further.
