The income ceiling for eligibility is €80,000 of taxable household income, with an additional €5,000 for each child. Households earning up to €60,000 receive an extra €1,000 added to the base subsidy, and those earning up to €45,000 receive another €1,000 increase. Applications can be submitted retroactively once the online portal goes live in May 2026.
