Rapper Jazeek currently leads the official German album charts with his album “4LAP” according to a statement from GfK on Friday. K-Pop group BTS (with the album “Arirang”) has dropped to second place, and Tom Twers’ EP, “Mein Herz kriegst du nicht” occupies the third spot.
In the single charts, Tame Impala’s “Dracula” topped the listings for the first time, bolstered by a remix featuring BLACKPINK’s Jennie. Dominic Fike secured two medals for “Babydoll” and Zara Larsson achieved three medals for “Lush Life”.
GfK Entertainment compiles the official German charts on behalf of the German Music Industry Federation, which cover 90 percent of all music sales.
