According to the Statistics Office North, narrowly 54 percent of the votes counted so far reject a bid to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2036, 2040, or 2044. Furthermore, a majority rejection has been observed across all districts until now. The Statistics Office currently anticipates a voter turnout of 49.5 percent. The preliminary final result is expected around 10 p.m. on Sunday evening.
