The CDU’s parliamentary group in the Bundestag is demanding the decisive deportation of criminals who commit antisemitic offenses in Germany. According to Günter Krings, the deputy chairman of the Union parliamentary group, the conflict in the Middle East must not be used to legitimize extremist crimes within the country. He stated to the “Rheinische Post” that the coalition agreement clearly stipulates that any individual who conducts violent proxy conflicts on German soil must have their residency terminated.
Krings stressed the necessity of working extremely decisively to achieve this goal. Specifically, he calls for the expulsion of antisemitic criminals who do not hold a German passport, as well as the loss of German citizenship for naturalized extremists. Following the loss of their right of residence, immediate deportation from German territory must follow. Furthermore, Krings expects the federal states to utilize all possible means to ensure that such deportations, particularly in these cases, are not blocked by fabricated humanitarian grounds.
