An Airbus A320 flying from Dublin to Rome was diverted to France on Thursday following a bomb threat. This was confirmed by the office of French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu that day. The aircraft changed its course near Paris, circling the area of Evreux after an emergency was declared on board. The French government kept a close eye on the situation. This incident adds to a series of threats targeting flights across Europe. Earlier in the week, several European flights were affected by bomb threats, leading to the temporary closure of an airport in Warsaw and the deployment of military aircraft in Rome.
