In connection with recent sabotage attacks targeting substations in Brandenburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saxony, police authorities have issued a search for a 48-year-old suspect. According to a statement released Saturday evening by the Police Presidency of Brandenburg, officers are currently searching for the man using photographs published on the police department’s official website.
The individual is suspected of involvement in the attacks against the energy supply. The police are appealing to the public, asking: “Who knows the person in the photos? Who can provide details regarding their whereabouts? And who can submit constructive information that will assist in solving these sabotage cases?”
Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact the police. Tips can be received by calling 0331-505950, a line available around the clock. Additionally, information can be submitted online through the tip portal provided by the Police of North Rhine-Westphalia.
