Reports from British media indicate that a Russian warship potentially fired warning shots at a British yacht in the English Channel on Tuesday around noon. The incident took place between the Isle of Wight and off the coast of Normandy, involving the Russian frigate Admiral Grigorovich. According to the British Coast Guard, the report came from a locally registered civilian vessel sailing near the Admiral Grigorovich. The yacht reported that the Grigorovich fired warning shots after the two ships came close to each other in the Channel. No injuries or damage were reported, and the yacht continued its journey. The British Ministry of Defence has confirmed that the incident is currently under investigation.
